Sweet Spice & Honey (SSH) is an artisanal halal bakery and New Jersey staple since 2009. The bakery creates delicious, locally-sourced bread and baked goods.

Sweet Spice & Honey was building out capacity to increase production and needed a commercial convection oven. The convection oven allowed SSH to assume two commercial accounts which increase production to 1700 loaves monthly.
